Анотація

Представлено результати теоретичного аналізу феномена посттравматичного особистісного зростання: визначено поняття посттравматичного особистісного зростання, проаналізовано теорії, що пояснюють механізми зростання, а також виявлено предиктори цього явища. Встановлено, що під посттравматичним особистісним зростанням розуміють субєктивний досвід позитивної психологічної зміни після впливу на людину стресору, що загрожує життю. Встановлено, що показники посттравматичного особистісного зростання повязані як із загальними, так і зі специфічними для різних видів травм чинниками. Велике значення мають також дані про пов'язаність вираженого посттравматичного стресу і зростання.
